Our Yoga Wellness Retreats, like our Wellness days, are designed to foster a sense of calm, strength and general well-being. By extending the time you take out of your usual routine you will really give yourself space to focus on developing and nurturing wellness in your body, mind and emotions to a deeper level. We will practice yoga, breathing techniques and meditation in a small group with lots of support and encouragement regardless of your previous yoga experience. Participate in a specially selected activity to enhance your retreat experience. We will eat delicious, healthy vegetarian food and relax in a beautiful natural environment. Beautiful relaxation massages with the lovely Carmen Nemet can be organised by request.

5.30-7.30pm: Restorative Yoga Class with long relaxation session
7.00-9.00am: Yoga Class (Dynamic focus)
10.30-12.30pm: Activity (choice of - art therapy, environmental presentation, vocal nosh, creative journalling ) All led by talented specialists in their particular field of passion!
1.30PM-4.00PM: Free time - sit in the garden, read a book, have a nap...take some time to reflect
4.00PM- 5.30PM: Yoga Class
This includes 3 Yoga classes, 3 meals, 1 Activity (with skilled special facilitators), relaxation/ quiet reflective time and luxury dormitory-style accomodation.
