Our Wellness Days are designed to foster a sense of calm, strength and general well-being. Come along and experience a day where you can focus on developing and nurturing wellness in your body, mind and emotions. We will practice yoga, breathing techniques and meditation in a small group with lots of support and encouragement regardless of your previous yoga experience. Special Activities are led by very talented practitioners of various modalities. We will eat delicious, healthy vegetarian food and relax in a beautiful natural environment.

8.00am-9.30am: Yoga Class (Dynamic focus)
9.30-10.30am : Brunch
10.30am -12.30pm: Activity (choice of - art therapy, environmental presentation, creative journalling, vocal nosh or sitting in the garden with a book &/or having a chat)
12.30-1.30PM: Light Lunch
1.30-3.30PM: Time to relax, reflect and rejuvenate
3.30PM- 5.00PM: Yoga Class (with extended relaxation & meditation)
